2. What Data We Collect

TB Logic is designed with privacy as a core value. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, location, or any personally identifiable information.

The app's AI assistant and formula engine may collect the following non-personal, anonymized data to improve the system:

• Anonymous calculation inputs and formulas used during sessions
• Questions or prompts submitted to the AI assistant that the system was unable to answer
• General usage patterns (which features are used, frequency of use)

This data is strictly anonymous. It cannot be linked back to you as an individual. It is used solely to improve TB Logic's formula accuracy and AI response quality over time.

3. How the AI System Works

TB Logic includes an AI-assisted calculation engine built specifically for construction professionals. When the AI encounters a question or scenario it does not yet know how to handle, it may flag the interaction (without any personal data) so that our development team can update the system's knowledge base.

This process is entirely on-system. The AI does not track physical job sites, GPS locations, user identity, or personal cases. It learns from anonymized patterns — nothing more.

We do not share AI interaction data with any third-party advertising network or data broker.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade any user data. Anonymous, aggregated data may be processed by trusted service providers who assist us in operating the app and improving our systems. Any such providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may not use the data for any other purpose.

We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.

5. Data Retention

Anonymous usage data used to improve the AI system is retained only as long as necessary for that purpose and is not stored in any form that could identify an individual user. You may request deletion of any data associated with your device by contacting us at hello@chill4real.com.

6. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of data associated with your device. Since we do not collect personally identifiable information, most standard rights do not apply in a traditional sense — but we take all requests seriously.
